Sipping Summer at The Crescent

403 N. Crescent Drive, Beverly Hills (310) 247-0505

Summer’s here and you need to doff the same old Cosmos and Apple-tinis for the gourmet “herb and garden” concoctions at this classy hangout that was originally built in 1926 as a haven for silent-movie stars.

Lounge in the intimate patio fringed with Acacia trees or bask in the fireside glow of the modern-chic Boé restaurant as you enjoy these delectable cocktails that use fresh ingredients from farmers markets around the city.  Our favorites include-

Ginger Spice – spicy as the name implies with a fine balance of Mango Chili Liquor, fresh ginger and Thai peppers.

Victoria’s Secret Garden – you’ll swear you taste Lychee juice but it’s in fact a mix of St. Germain Elderflower liquor, fresh edible organic garden flowers (one of which sexily floats atop) and premium vodka.

English Quat – The winner and all-around favorite is an addictive recipe with muddled kumquats, gin, simple syrup and mint.

LET'S GET NAKED! PURENAKED Frozen Yogurt

In our constant search for the perfect snack, sometimes we must compromise taste for what is beneficial to our bodies. Well, fear no more gym bunnies, because PURENAKED Frozen Yogurt is here!

Made fresh everyday with the best ingredients nature has to offer (and never using powder) this healthy snack is sure not to be mistaken with those other frozen yogurts out there. Currently available in Encino, Century City and Topanga Canyon, this old fashion delicacy is slowly taking L.A. by storm.

Although beautifully complemented by a great selection of delicious fresh fruit toppings, PURENAKED is just as tasty on its own. Using only milk, real sugar and absolutely no preservatives makes this frozen yogurt the ideal guilt-free way to satisfy those summer cravings.
