The Dosha Massage, Salt Scrub and Rain Shower package is a taste of heaven.  You start in the hydro room by selecting an essential oil that best suits your dosha (bodily humor or “that which governs”). This is sprinkled on the crescent headrest of your massage table to provide aromatherapy benefit while a deep tissue massage (or one of the many offered) relieves muscle tension and fine-tunes your body. 

 

Next comes the invigorating Body Polish using Aveda Therapy sea-salts to exfoliate and renew.  Dull, flaky skin is banished and you return to that baby soft feeling that’s eluded you for longer than you care to remember.  The best part is that the hydro room is fully equipped so you don’t even have to change your bed, leave alone the room, when transitioning to the next phase of your treatment. Finally, there is the Rain Shower treatment to refresh, wash away the old, and leave you clean and hydrated. To give you a memorable bath without even requiring you to move, the therapist teams up 1 hand-held hose with the 5 high-pressure nozzles from the ceiling.
