Dr. Assassa starts with a thorough complexion analysis on the VISIA machine which photographs the patient and then breaks it all down in terms of wrinkles, spots, pores, evenness, the evidence of bacteria and UV spots.  Each of this is carefully reviewed with the patient so that a clear understanding of the destiny of their skin is reached.  This also allows for a kind of customized game plan so that preventive and restorative steps can be taken. 

The MesoFacelift is one of the latest weapons against aging and an impressive non-invasive treatment that is fast becoming the preferred alternative to traditional surgical facelifts.  Targeted at patients within the ages of the 35 to 50 age group, a series of 2 to 4 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart are rendered with the goal of shaving off as much as a decade from your visage.  While not completely painless, a topical numbing cream is applied to the face. Then microinjections are used to deliver an innovative formula packed with vitamins and homeopathic medicine to the middle layer of the skin.  By infusing the skin with this potent anti-oxidant formula, a radical change is enabled.  “Think of it as replacing the padding underneath a worn carpet.” 

The formula literally reverses the aging process and there is a noticeable lifting effect of the eyes, cheeks, jaw line and neck.  Additionally, by stimulating your skin to form its own collagen and elastin, the treatment also eliminates the need for using fillers such Restylane and collagen and “delays the need for a face lift for several years.”  After the initial package of treatments, the dramatic results can be maintained by twice-a-year touch up sessions.
